There are many ways to showcase your home, and staging is just one of the aspects in my full-service marketing campaign. Whether you have a fully-furnished home or a blank canvas to work with, there are several staging options to fit your needs as well as your budget.

OPTION 1 - PROFESSIONAL STAGING

Typically, professional staging is used for vacant homes in order to fill the space and give it a "lived-in" feel. Our staging professionals would preview the property and provide recommendations of furniture that would help showcase the home and in turn, increase the desirability of the home. They will do it all; deliver the furniture, set everything up, and make the home photography-ready.

BEFORE & AFTER PROFESSIONAL STAGING

OPTION 2 - ACCESSORY STAGING

This is my most popular option, and also my favourite! Let's be honest, most homes have the hustle and bustle of family life and possibly a furry friend or two, which means professional staging may not be the best option. The good news is, I own a trailer with a personal staging inventory including side tables, lamps, bedding, artwork, and so much more. They can be used to complement the existing items you already have in your home, while improving the overall showability in the simplest of ways.

OPTION 3 - VIRTUAL STAGING & RENOVATION

Would you believe that technology now allows for virtual staging and renovations? The professional photographs taken would be edited to include furniture within the images. This is a great option for vacant properties and is typically at a more affordable price point. These floor plans are incredibly helpful in providing an aerial perspective when viewing a home.
